By accessing this website, making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, submitting a consultation form, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services involving minors may require written permission from a parent or legal guardian and may be restricted depending on the service.

3. HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding allergies, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy status, previous procedures, skin conditions, and any other information that may affect their ability to safely receive a service.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation or refusal of service.

Karen’s Cartel may refuse or discontinue a service when it is determined that proceeding may be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the permitted scope of service.

4. PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS & MEDICAL PRODUCTS

Certain medications or treatments may legally require evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, dispensing, or supervision by a licensed healthcare professional.

Karen’s Cartel does not represent that a prescription medication can be purchased without satisfying all applicable medical and legal requirements.

Where prescription products or treatments are offered, they must be prescribed, dispensed, supplied, and/or administered through appropriately licensed professionals or pharmacies as required by applicable federal and state law.

Website content, product descriptions, photographs, or promotional materials do not constitute a prescription or medical diagnosis.

5. CONSULTATIONS

A consultation does not guarantee that a client is an appropriate candidate for a particular service.

6. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

Appointments are available by reservation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all contact information submitted during booking is correct.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the booking process has been completed and any required deposit or consultation fee has been paid.

Clients should arrive on time and follow all pre-appointment instructions provided.

7. DEPOSITS & CONSULTATION FEES

Certain appointments may require a deposit or consultation fee.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

• Deposits are applied toward the remaining balance of the scheduled service.

• Consultation fees may be non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

• Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to follow required booking procedures.

Any applicable cancellation policy presented during checkout or booking forms part of these Terms.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Clients should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in:

• Loss of deposit;

• Requirement for full prepayment;

• Refusal of future bookings; or

• Additional booking restrictions.

Karen’s Cartel may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to illness, emergencies, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. SERVICE RESULTS

Individual results vary.

Karen’s Cartel does not guarantee a specific cosmetic, skincare, wellness, or aesthetic result.

Results may depend on several factors, including the client's body chemistry, skin type, health history, adherence to aftercare instructions, lifestyle, previous treatments, medications, and individual response.

Photographs, testimonials, demonstrations, or before-and-after images are examples only and should not be interpreted as a promise that another client will achieve identical results.

10. AFTERCARE

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided following a service.

Failure to properly follow aftercare instructions may increase the likelihood of irritation, infection, poor results, prolonged healing, or other complications.

Clients should promptly seek appropriate medical attention for symptoms that may represent a medical emergency or serious complication.

11. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colors, photographs, and pricing.

However, packaging, appearance, color, texture, fragrance, formulation, availability, or other product characteristics may occasionally vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities.

Discontinue use and seek appropriate professional care if a product causes a serious or unexpected reaction.

12. ALL-NATURAL PRODUCTS

The terms “natural,” “all-natural,” “plant-based,” or similar descriptions do not mean that a product cannot cause irritation or an allergic reaction.

Natural ingredients may still cause sensitivities.

Customers should review ingredients and perform an appropriate patch test when recommended.

13. PRODUCT ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Karen’s Cartel reserves the right to:

• Limit quantities;

• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions;

• Correct pricing or listing errors;

• Refuse an order;

• Discontinue a product; or

• Require additional verification before fulfilling an order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method when possible.

14. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and are not guarantees.

Karen’s Cartel is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers;

• Weather;

• Incorrect addresses;

• Customs;

• Natural disasters;

• Holidays;

• Carrier disruptions; or

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.

15. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene, sanitation, cosmetic, skincare, wellness, and personal-care considerations, certain products may be final sale once opened, used, unsealed, or delivered.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the product or service.

Any separate Refund Policy posted on our website is incorporated into these Terms.

Services already performed are generally non-refundable.

Dissatisfaction with an individual cosmetic result does not automatically qualify for a refund.

16. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Karen’s Cartel before filing a payment dispute when reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of payment dispute systems may result in suspension of purchasing or booking privileges.

17. PRICING

Prices may change without notice.

Promotional pricing, sales, coupons, bundles, discounts, or special offers may be subject to separate restrictions and expiration dates.

Typographical or technical errors do not obligate Karen’s Cartel to honor an obviously incorrect price.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, logos, product photographs, graphics, website designs, service descriptions, promotional materials, photographs, videos, written content, and other original materials belonging to Karen’s Cartel are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, impersonate, or commercially use Karen’s Cartel content without written permission.

19. CLIENT PHOTOGRAPHS & MEDIA

Client photographs or videos will only be used for marketing, education, portfolio purposes, social media, or advertising when appropriate consent has been obtained.

Where a separate photo or media release is presented, the terms of that release will apply.

20. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with website security;

• Upload malicious software;

• Use the website for fraudulent activity;

• Impersonate another person;

• Submit false booking or payment information;

• Scrape or copy website content for commercial use;

• Harass staff or other clients; or

• Use Karen’s Cartel intellectual property without authorization.

21. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may contain links or integrations involving third parties, including payment processors, appointment platforms, shipping carriers, social media platforms, or other service providers.

Karen’s Cartel is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, security practices, or content of third-party services.
